ABOUT THIS COURSE
What happens when you are out of law school and inside a courtroom?
Knowing the law alone does not prepare you for litigation. When you are just starting out, you will not be expected to devise a strategy for the case or recite the legal provisions, but you will be expected to be extremely well-prepared with the case file.
This course will teach you a simple process through which you can convert bulky case files into short case notes. Thus, making you well-prepared for the hearing, saving the court’s precious time and cast a good impression on the judge as well as your seniors.
What’s more? To get started, you do not even need any prior experience of litigation!
What will your journey look like?
You are here.
You will have learnt:
1. How the court proceeds with a civil and criminal case;
2. How to check your case status online.
You will know how to read a case file & understand it enough to condense it.
You will have prepared your own brief on a real case file & received feedback from litigators

It was a great learning experience! This course has given me skills that I would have gained after many internships and many harassment. Definitely this will save time and help me edge over other things and save time in future.
Live sessions by Sanya ma’am and Harshita ma’am were of great importance, the way we were taught and every doubts were cleared there and then, no matter how small or big the question was.
Course not only helps in making case briefs but also teaches you many other basic skills important for litigation.

The course was Thought Provoking! I have learnt skills and techniques which are not ordinarily covered by the curriculum of law schools. More than anything else the personalized guidance received by the course coordinators has augmented my confidence.
First and foremost I liked the learning atmosphere. It was warm and inviting. For an introvert like me it’s extremely easy to fall in a shell or hide behind the phone but kudos to the course coordinators who were more than inviting to draw the students out of their comfort zones yet not feel threatened or overwhelmed.

September Batch (2020)
After completing the course, I am feeling confident about joining an advocate’s chamber.
Joining this course has been the best I’ve learnt this quarantine. I would highly recommend a student to do this as while we read CPC or CrPC without knowing the practical examples, it is more like learning a surgery without cadaver.
This course gives an overview of what and how the proceeding goes.
The live classes! They are the most amazing part of this course. Mentors not only discussed the sine qua non to fulfil the expectations of this course but we have engaging sessions about CPC and CrPC.
The reading materials are soo soo comprehensive yet short that I learnt not only about preparing case briefs but also about how to note things in short way (e.g. by using veinn diagram or box diagram etc). Overall, my experience was outstanding!
We call during working hours i.e. 9 AM to 9 PM.
